Good to know

Have you ever scrolled IG or Pinterest home designs wishing you could live in one of these carefully curated homes for just a day...or two? Well now you can. Our home is located 50 miles from the Grand Canyon in the adorable town of Williams. Combining the reclaimed wood from the original 1920s carriage house with modern luxuries, including a full-sized bath room with Kohler soaking tub. Our kitchenette is fully stocked with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave and 2 hot plates and a top of the line convection oven for cooking. There is also an outdoor bbq grill. The queen-sized bed is located in our loft space and is only accessible by the rolling library ladder. It features a wonderful memory foam mattress proving the most comfortable sleep around. If you don’t feel like going up the ladder to bed, pull out the leather futon, throw on the provided pillow topper and Boll and Branch sheets and slumber downstairs. The luxurious bed linens in this home are Boll and Branch. Step into our full-sized bathroom for a hot shower after hiking and dry off with our plush towels! We’ve even provided his and her spa robes for lounging in style while staying in our mountain retreat. When the weather warms up in spring, summer and fall, spend your evenings outdoors looking for constellations by the outdoor fire pit. Star gazing is a must in Northern Arizona. The built-in eating counter is perfect for a casual breakfast or fancy it up for a romantic dinner for two when the weather doesn’t permit outdoor dining. This tiny home features your very own outdoor cafe table and umbrella for two people that’s perfect for all of your dining needs during warmer months of the year. Don’t feel like firing up the grill? No problem. This tiny oasis is located just two short blocks from downtown Williams. Leave your car parked in our private driveway and stroll, hand-in-hand to Route 66 to find live music, a variety of cafes and eateries, and plenty of shopping. High-speed internet is readily available for zoom calls in this mountain retreat. While a large screen TV is provided, it doesn’t get much use, as this custom designed yard is where you will want to spend your free time. While this home is tiny, no expense has been spared in creating a spectacular stay for you and another. Because of the tall loft with library ladder entry, this home is not designed for hosting children. It’s perfect for a single person wanting to get away in luxury or a couple looking for romance as big as the Grand Canyon!

Other Details to Note

There are two sleeping options available in this home. A queen sized bed is located in the loft. And a full-sized futon is located downstairs that folds into a full-sized bed with a mattress topper. You must be able to climb a library ladder to access the loft. This home is NOT recommended for someone who has agility issues or whom is afraid of heights. We also do not allow children under 18 years old to stay in this home.

The best Airbnb I’ve ever been to, just as described, super clean, it has everything you need, every time I coming back to Williams it will be my favorite place to stay, …I forgot my hair straightener and she immediately communicated it to me and I returned for it. Thank you Rene for allowing me to have a wonderful experience in your beautiful Tiny house!

Tiny Timbers was an all around jaw dropping experience. Every detail no matter how big or small was so well thought out! The home is as it's pictured on the listing but even better in person! The yard is shared with the main house. Landscaping was just beautiful! Ea home has their own sitting area & fire pit to enjoy nights outside like you had your own personal park right outside the home. The location is walkable to Route 66, all the restaurants, bars, shops and more. 30 min drive takes you to grand canyon. 15 mins to Bedrock City. 10 mins to Bearizona. 3 mins to Canyon Coaster. So convenient to all the fun things! Rene was incredibly responsive & would love to return with friends and family and rent both homes :) Had an amazing time--THANK YOU!!!

Rene and Fonda were both great hosts. Easy to communicate with and gave us plenty of local recommendations. This is the perfect little spot to stay for easy access to Grand Canyon (50 minute drive) with local restaurants/diners within walking distance. Kitchen was perfect - big fridge/freezer and space to put meals together for hikes. It is small but that’s why it is called Tiny Timbers!! Would stay here again.

My sister and I had a quick stopover here and this space was exactly as described. There were no questions at check in because of the great detailed information given beforehand. Everything was in walking distance but if you’d prefer to drive, parking on the Main Street was super easy too. We went to 2 of the recommended restaurants and they were so tasty (especially Nanny’s). All amenities provided dealt upscale. This was a great little space for two people!

Where do I begin! Rene and Fonda are the most lovely hosts. Beyond sweet and accommodating, I felt like we were staying at a family’s place. The house is absolutely adorable, they thought of every detail. The house has so many sweet unique touches- fire pit and smores, a guest book, cozy blankets and robes, etc. It’s incredibly thoughtful and sweet. We will 100% come back.
