Second time staying at this place. My family and I love it. Beautiful home that can fit 7 people comfortably. Loved the fire pit area. Love the location to the Grand Canyon and other sites to see, along with hiking trails.

The TSMC Casita is our favorite place to stay when we are in town. Nestled within a gated community & near all of the places we need to access during our stay, TSMC checks all of the boxes! Rene’s place was one of the best I’ve seen! She did an incredible job with the setup of this spot and it was in pristine condition. Perfectly clean and homie with easy instructors and great surroundings. Rene was such a pleasant, friendly host. I will gladly stay here again if I pass through the area!!

My partner and I stayed at Rene's for two months and we loved our time there! It's located right next to a park and it was such a joy to see all the dogs playing everyday! I would sit on the couch and just watch them from the front windows! There was also a lovely cafe just a few blocks away that is great to walk to. There's lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by as well! We had a plumbing issue with the toilet and Rene called my mere seconds after I messaged her. She was incredibly proactive and we got it handled immediately! These situations can be stressful and Rene made it a breeze. My partner and I loved staying here and would absolutely return!

Rene is a phenomenal host! Very responsive, great recommendations, always easy to reach, and just an outstanding person to rent from. The place is so nice and private. I was there for 18 weeks and I always felt safe. I loved how big the kitchen and full size bathroom is. She also provided all cleaning supplies, dishes, and ANYTHING you may need. The neighborhood is gated and close to local stores. I worked at Honor Health DV and the commute was seamless. Highly recommend! Will stay here again for another long stay!

We had a wonderful stay! We traveled with four kids (ages 3 months to 7 years), and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with very quick communication. The house was perfect for our family and felt like home — especially with all the Christmas decorations. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. We were able to walk downtown, and Bearizona and the Deer Farm are just a short drive away. The backyard is beautiful — we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit, but we absolutely would have if we had more time. We’ve already shared this home with friends who are hoping to visit Williams next year, and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay, and exactly an hour drive to the Grand Canyon National Park south entrance! Very close to Safeway and the restaurants as well. The bed was comfy, kitchen and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and the cabin had a warm and cozy atmosphere. Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Rene’s place. It is beautiful and in a peaceful neighborhood. Hiking within walking distance, neighborhood park, and near the interstate. Rene is a lovely and gracious host.
