A/C Tips: • Please keep the A/C set no lower than 74°F to help manage electricity use. • If you’re leaving the house, consider turning the temperature up or off. • Please avoid leaving the front or back doors open while the A/C is running. Time-of-Use Energy Plan (4 PM–7 PM Weekdays): Our energy rate is based on the time of day, so using less electricity between 4 PM–7 PM on weekdays helps us save! Here are a few simple ways to keep costs lower: ✔️ Run the washer, dryer, and dishwasher after 7 PM on weekdays or anytime on weekends. ✔️ Try to limit major appliance use during the higher-cost 4 PM–7 PM window. Please keep the sofa covered with the provided coverings to keep cat hair off of it. Backyard: you have full use of the side yard, connected to the casita. Please note: Arizona is in a drought, and the side yard is not to be used as a water play area. There is a splash pad at the community center. No use of running water in a sprinkler in the side yard.

Guest Access

Our guests have full access to the private fenced in yard, right off of the casita. Due to Arizona’s drought conditions, we do not allow the use of water sprinklers in the yard. Additionally, excess water near the home can affect the foundation. Thank you for helping us care for the environment and our property. The good news? Our amazing community center has a grand pool perfect for summertime cooling!

Rene's Casa was perfect for my 3 month internship! It was cozy and private. The area was nice in a gated community. Rene was very kind and helpful with any questions I had. She was a great host and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

This is a very classy rental with high-end appliances and furnishings. The location is beyond great and close to everything one could need. Security is excellent being inside a gated community and not only is Rene a first class person but a first class host as well.
