Our dream desert oasis is nothing but impeccable. A brand new home, built in 2023, includes brand new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, and an in-unit washer and dryer. It is a private casita, attached to the main home and features its own private attached one-car garage and a private and serene patio and lounge area. This spacious unit is being decorated to the nines by a California interior designer. Photos will be updated as we continue to add decor and finishing touches. There is a 55” smart TV and Wi-Fi and cable are included. We’ve stocked the kitchen with dishware, cookware, and everything needed to create divine dining experiences. This home is located in a super safe gated community and is situated at the base of the Sonoran Desert Preserve. The area is simply gorgeous! We are conveniently located near I-17 freeway and are a beautiful and short drive to Desert Ridge, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. Travel north to Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon or stay local exploring Cave Creek, Scottsdale and Carefree. Our home away from home also is a short drive to spring training locations.
